This is an accelerated appeal of a temporary injunction order. The issues presented on appeal are: (1) whether the trial court abused its discretion in granting the temporary injunction; (2) whether the temporary injunction violates Rule 683 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure; and (3) whether the compliance provisions of the temporary injunction are imprecise. We conclude that the injunction order is overly broad. Accordingly, we reverse the order and remand the cause to the trial court with instructions to enter a modified order consistent with this opinion.
